Update on Moorage Fees and Ongoing Developments
Dear Boaters,
We hope this message finds you well and enjoying the beauty of the season. As the stewards of Oro Bay Marina, we are committed to continuously enhancing your boating experience. With this in mind, we wish to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to our moorage fees.
Effective January 1, 2024, there will be a 10% increase in moorage fees. Electrical rates will remain the same. This decision was not made lightly and is essential for covering increases in expenditures and supporting our marina’s ongoing upgrades and betterments.
As we progress towards simplification in the area of marina operations, I believe you will really like the implementation of our new system. We are now using the DOCKWA System for our marina operations. I am very excited about what this new program brings to the table for us all:
You will be able to manage your boat information online and provide us with your documentation straight from your smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.
All billing will be handled from within the app itself. You can pay via ACH, CREDIT CARD, OR CHECK.

Furthermore, we are diligently saving and planning for a significant rebuild of the marina.
We also want to extend a warm welcome to all the new boaters who have chosen Oro Bay Marina as their mooring location this year. Your presence has added to the vibrant community spirit of our marina, and we look forward to sharing many memorable moments on the water together.
